When We Save, You Save.
Many real estate transactions involve two real estate agencies --
a listing agency and a selling agency. Typically, the listing
agency pays the selling agency a part of the commission. Sometimes,
HomeSmart will sell a HomeSmart listed property to a buyer who
is represented by another HomeSmart s agent or who does not have
a real estate agent, and in those cases we save money. Of course
we then pass savings on to you by reducing your commission to
an even lower 4%!

The Full Service Alternative to "Sale-By-Owner."
It’s not unusual at all. A seller lists a property and before
you know it they bump in to someone who wants to buy their house.
They then refer that person to their HomeSmart agent. If the buyer
is not represented by an agent, HomeSmart will save money because
it doesn’t pay a second agent/agency a fee for procuring
the buyer. Once again, you save even more because we reduce your
commission to an incredibly low 3% and we still provide the many
services
you will need to get the deal from contract to settlement.
