Many of our clients are surprised to learn that they already qualify for loans with attractive terms. If, however, you find that you are not quite ready to buy due to income or credit related issues, HomeSmart and a mortgage loan counselor will be happy to meet with you, free of charge, to help you develop a plan to establish income and credit sufficient to purchase your home. HomeSmart has no ownership interest in the lenders to whom we refer clients, and we do not accept referral fees from lenders.
